I am missing a number of products in my order. How is that possible?
Since we want to deliver as quickly as possible, we sometimes ship the products we have in stock. In principle, we then deliver one order during different delivery times. If products are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What are the shipping costs?
If you place an order with us, you do not have to pay delivery or return costs.
Please note: If we give away items for FREE during a promotion, you will pay the €6.95 shipping costs.
