Exchanges and returns
Are you not satisfied with your purchased product or would you like to exchange it? That is possible. You have up to 30 days after receipt to return the product.

This can be done quickly and easily by performing the following steps
* Complete the return form completely
Download the return form here and fill it in.

*Send the returned product back
Send the purchased product together with the completed return form to the address below. Make sure the package is properly closed.

Please note: The package must have a Track and Trace code to avoid misunderstandings. As a sender you are responsible for the package sent.

*Take the package to a Post service point near you

*You will receive a shipping receipt from the service point. Keep this safe until the return has been fully processed.

When will my return be processed?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but no later than within 10 days. After the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 3 working days.


Do I have to pay for my returns?
The costs for returning a package depend on which postal company you use. The costs vary from €5 to a maximum of €20 per order. However, we will take this for our own account and will refund it with your purchase amount after receipt.
